This Repair Planner coordinates customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians throughout vehicle repairs. The work includes damage evaluation, comprehensive estimating, quality control, customer communication, and repair planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve clients throughout the complete repair process
- Evaluate structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage
- Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for OEM repairs
- Inspect repairs for client, insurance, and OEM standards
- Communicate repair plans, costs, timelines, and changes
Requirements:
- Minimum one year as a Collision Centre Estimator
- Professional approach and exceptional client service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and manual transmission ability
