As a Hospital Security Guard with GardaWorld, you will help maintain safety across sensitive interior and exterior areas. The work combines identity verification, alarm response, incident stabilization, and professional de-escalation. Clear communication with visitors, clients, team members, law enforcement, and emergency responders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol interior and exterior sensitive areas
- Control access and verify identities
- Respond to alarms, codes, and incidents promptly
- De-escalate conflicts and uphold property rules
- Document observations, incidents, and actions accurately
Requirements:
- MB Security Guard licence or eligibility
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Strong situational awareness and rapid response
- Confident de-escalation and clear radio communication
- Fitness for standing, walking, and stairs
