The position combines membership records, bookings, merchandise sales, photo identification, and pool operations. Staff enforce policies, maintain records, and respond to water contamination issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a high level of service
- Process memberships, merchandise sales, and end-of-day cash outs
- Coordinate bookings and maintain data entry records
- Perform pool operations,



water treatment, and chemical balancing
- Administer emergency first aid as required

Requirements:

- Certified Pool Operator Certificate or willingness to complete the course
- Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR, AED, and oxygen qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma
- One to three years' experience in a similar role
- Basic computer skills and versatile weekend availability
