Welcome guests at Hyatt Regency Vancouver as a full-time Restaurant Greeter/Host, using customer service and refined verbal communication skills. Support Cloudstreet Restaurant across scheduled shifts.

This Hyatt position focuses on greeting and seating guests in a full-service, three-meal restaurant and bar. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and provide menu recommendations. Previous customer service experience and food and beverage experience support success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and create positive first impressions
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
- Provide menu recommendations and attentive guest interactions
- Maintain restaurant and bar organization and presentation




- Perform greeting and seating duties with minimal supervision

Requirements:

- Minimum one year food and beverage experience with hosting duties
- Serving It Right and Food Secure Level 1 certificates
- Previous customer service experience and refined verbal communication
- Availability for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
