Deliver accurate financial transactions and personalized banking guidance as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.
This 15-hour role supports TD Canada Trust customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and banking advice. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and resolve concerns while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately

Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Accurate, detail-oriented communication with diverse customers
