Working closely with the firm’s professionals, you will be involved in all stages of the transactional and financing process requiring your expertise: Analysis of portfolios and deeds of sale Drafting and reviewing real estate transactional documents Having a client base (book of business) will be considered a robust asset Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills Full bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) Participation in high-profile transactions, both local and international
