This full-time, year-round position directs multiple crews and equipment while supporting protected, efficient client care. You will plan assigned work, provide specialized expertise, and oversee equipment maintenance. The role also includes mentorship, training, recruitment support, and development oversight for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple crews delivering arboricultural care safely and efficiently
- Plan, sequence, and execute assigned crew work
- Track district safety metrics and support safe operations
- Mentor, train, and oversee team member development
- Operate cranes up to eight tons

Requirements:

- Three to five years of arborist experience
- Three or more years supervising or leading
- Certificate in crane operation up to eight tons
- Valid provincial driver’s license with required driving capability
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
