This manager delivers sales budgets, controls wages according to P&L;, and develops the optical business through programs and Walmart brand promotion. The position also supports professional relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day Vision Centre people, operations, and merchandise activities

- Evaluate written prescription orders from customers or doctors
- Maintain safe, fully operational Vision Centre conditions

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow Provincial and Federal eyewear dispensing guidelines
- Understand the regulatory environment within the region
- Practice within applicable professional and regulatory standards
- Follow required emergency policies and equipment maintenance procedures
