Serve North Vancouver customers as a TD Customer Experience Associate, processing financial transactions and recommending suitable banking solutions. This is a 15-hour position.

At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers through service transactions, information, and advice. The role requires customer experience skills, accurate processing, and clear communication. You will understand customer needs, address concerns, and promote relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




- Promote banking solutions while completing business processes promptly
- Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Solid administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use
- Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication skills
