As an Administrator, you will help maintain BELFOR’s financial health through accurate, timely processing. Your responsibilities include payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, expense audits, and organized documentation. You will also support onboarding paperwork, billing reviews, insurance verification, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare invoices, payments, reimbursements, and purchase orders accurately
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable reconciliations
- Organize compliant financial records and filing systems




- Review billing details and verify insurance information
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding accounts

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Solid administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
