Support Brandt customers through parts expertise and warehouse operations in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This full time position combines inventory accuracy with responsive service. As a Parts Person, you will help customers identify necessary parts, provide pricing information, and process online orders. You will also support warehouse operations through receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory activities. The position reports to the Parts Manager and collaborates with branch teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Help customers locate necessary parts and provide pricing information Process online parts orders accurately and completely Unload, receive,



and store incoming parts and materials Locate materials and ship orders to customers and branches Support service technicians and complete inventory documentation

Requirements:
Customer service skills for phone and in-person partnerships Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Computer proficiency, including Excel data management Parts and warehousing knowledge and skills Previous parts industry experience preferred; Journeyperson certification an asset Bring parts knowledge, customer service, inventory accuracy, and computer skills to Brandt’s Grande Prairie warehouse operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
