Reporting to the Director, Sponsor Financial Services, this Manager leads two teams supporting sponsor financial transactions. The work spans premium allocation, billing, receivables, commissions, and financial integrity. You will partner with Finance, Risk Management, Underwriting, Sales, and Financial Integrity & Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams responsible for deposits, billing, and commissions
- Oversee premium allocation, billing, and commission administration
- Manage suspense accounts and aged financial exceptions
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives





Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related discipline
- Three to five years of progressive financial operations leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple teams and developing employees
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
