Protect Sephora’s Markville store through retail loss prevention, CCTV surveillance, and operational controls in Markham, Ontario. This is a full time position.

As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets against theft and work with Leadership to reduce shortage. Your duties include surveillance, apprehensions, incident reporting, audits, employee training, and shrinkage prevention. You will also support inventory preparation and safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance for external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Follow laws and Sephora apprehension and evidence policies
- Conduct self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Train employees on store loss prevention awareness

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Required provincial or local licensing eligibility
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
