Birch Mountain Enterprises LP (BME) is seeking a temporary Recruiter for approximately 3–6 months to join our HR team in the Fort McMurray region. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing through to pre-employment steps, working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS and MS Office, and an ability to build solid pipelines for operations, trades, and admin roles.
