Drive equipment rental sales from Brandt Tractor Ltd’s Calgary locations through prospecting, consultative selling, and customer relationship management. Travel within an assigned territory.

As Territory Manager – Rentals, you will develop current relationships while growing existing accounts across the Brandt Group of Companies. Recommend solutions based on job requirements, timelines, and budgets. Use construction equipment knowledge, CRM records, and coordinated customer support to build business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio
- Prospect through outbound calls, site visits, and networking
- Plan and conduct regular in-person jobsite meetings
- Generate quotes and coordinate equipment availability and rentals




- Maintain customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline records

Requirements:

- Proven outside sales success, preferably in equipment rental
- Strong understanding of construction equipment and jobsite operations
- Ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and international travel capability
