Otter Co-op is hiring for its Cherry Lane location. Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will support retail operations through customer service, register transactions, product stocking, deliveries, and store organization. The position requires open availability and diverse shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous, efficient customer service to guests
- Process transactions, refunds, returns, and gift card activations
- Balance the register drawer following company procedures
- Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves
- Receive deliveries and keep storage areas organized

Requirements:

- Serving It Right license required
- WSET 1 accreditation obtained within the first year
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for a full eight-hour shift
