NBCC seeks an Employee Services Coordinator for a one-year term. You will coordinate full-cycle payroll, administer benefits, and resolve employee inquiries. The position requires Excel proficiency, analytical judgment, confidentiality, and effective communication with employees, managers, Finance, and People & Culture teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate full-cycle payroll for multiple employee groups
- Process hires, compensation changes, transfers, leaves, and departures
- Administer benefits, pension transactions, and payroll deductions
- Prepare reconciliations, year-end activities,



and audit documentation
- Identify process improvements, control enhancements, and service improvements

Requirements:

- Related diploma or degree with two to three years’ experience
- Payroll processing experience for hourly and salaried employees
- Microsoft Excel expertise, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
