Lead enterprise application reliability and security at Gowling WLG, using advanced administration, integrations, and SQL in a complex workplace.

This senior technical resource supports the Firm’s cloud, SaaS, and on-premises application portfolio. You will manage lifecycle activities, troubleshoot complex incidents, and translate operational requirements into sustainable technology solutions. The work includes APIs, automation, identity platforms, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tier 3 support for assigned enterprise applications
- Manage configuration, upgrades, testing, deployment, and retirement
- Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and middleware
- Monitor availability, performance, capacity, usage, and service health




- Develop scripts and workflows improving reliability and efficiency

Requirements:

- Six or more years supporting enterprise applications
- Post-secondary education in computer science or related discipline
- Advanced administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and lifecycle knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and application data validation
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments
