As a Client Experience Specialist and Customer Service Representative, you will support personalized seating, mobility, and positioning solutions. The work includes client communication, problem-solving, documentation, scheduling, and equipment coordination. You will help clients, therapists, healthcare professionals, and branch teammates receive timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients in person, by phone, and email
- Answer equipment questions and identify suitable solutions
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, trials, demonstrations, and rentals
- Prepare quotes, work orders, orders,



and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and process service information

Requirements:

- Customer service experience with technical products preferred
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization, detail, and time-management abilities
- Comfort learning technology and computer systems
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency
