This Associate position supports global accounting and consulting firms with insurance and reinsurance broking services. You will assist with underwriting submissions, policy documentation, claims data, and client deliverables. Aon’s 10-month Launch program adds business learning, career development, and relationship-building across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with client risk advice and service delivery
- Prepare underwriting submissions, claims exhibits, and policy documents
- Analyze claims data, statistical exhibits, and risk costs
- Prepare invoices, taxes, reports, and client meeting materials




- Respond to client and commercial insurer queries

Requirements:

- Zero to three years of related experience
- Insurance, broking, underwriting, commercial insurance, or claims experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
