Support medical education at William Osler Health System as an Education Assistant, using organization and Microsoft Office skills fully onsite. Coordinate learners, faculty, and clinical placements across Osler sites and McMaster University.

Reporting to the Manager, Medical Education, this assistant supports the Osler clinical education campus. The position coordinates placement administration, learner registration, schedules, databases, and simulation activities. It also supports medical education committees and portfolio operations while collaborating with the medical education team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in office faculty support as required
- Coordinate clinical placement correspondence and departmental details
- Create and distribute updated undergraduate and postgraduate call schedules
- Support learner registration,



orientation, and trainee data reporting
- Schedule simulation activities, rooms, equipment, and faculty support

Requirements:

- Complete a two-year post-secondary office administration program
- Bring two years of health care environment experience
- Demonstrate planning, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Use Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently
- Travel to Osler sites and McMaster University as required
