Conducting core operations processes related to our transfer agency functions including, but not limited to, Know Your Client (KYC) processes, client money reconciliations and transaction processing This includes verifying client transactions and validating sensitive client information. Working closely with the global Orbis Fund Operations teams and other business units to effectively communicate relevant information. Managing projects to develop pragmatic improvements and innovative solutions by working collaboratively with our dedicated technology team. Building and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders to provide excellent servicing. High standards of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information ~ Effective prioritisation and time management skills when working on multiple deliverables ~ Undergraduate degree with a proven track record of academic achievement and continuous improvement ~1-3 years of skilled experience with a proven track record of success and progression (this can include internships and/or placements) ~ however, a keen interest in the investment industry is an asset The total compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus.
