Support customers and warehouse operations as a Parts Person at Brandt’s Fort Nelson Construction and Forestry location in British Columbia. Use parts knowledge daily.

This full time Parts Person reports to the Parts Manager and supports Brandt’s Parts Business. You will help customers find necessary parts, provide pricing information, and process online parts orders. The position also includes inventory duties, warehouse operations, and branch support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate necessary parts and provide pricing information
- Process online parts orders accurately
- Unload, receive, store, and ship parts
- Assist branch service technicians as required
- Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information

Requirements:

- Previous parts industry experience preferred
- Parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
- Effective customer service skills over phone and in person
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Personal computer and Excel proficiency
