PetSmart seeks a Retail Operations Lead skilled in merchandising, inventory management, and associate guidance. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling.

As Process Lead, you will drive operational excellence while supporting PetSmart’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. You will guide associates, manage merchandise and inventory, support pet care operations, and maintain safe, organized stores. The role also includes opening or closing responsibilities and Leader on Duty coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train associates on product knowledge and presentation standards
- Delegate daily tasks and validate their completion
- Execute merchandise placement, seasonal displays, and promotions
- Audit inventory and recommend replenishment or markdowns




- Maintain pet care standards for recent arrivals and sick pets

Requirements:

- Two or more years of retail supervisory experience
- Full-time availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and lift up to 50 pounds
