Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation of visual concepts for a wide range of design projects, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and web elements.
- Learn and utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Collaborate with senior designers and account managers on project briefs and requirements.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Research design trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Organize and maintain design assets and project files.
- Receive and implement feedback on design work constructively.

Requirements

- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field, or a strong portfolio showcasing design potential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Good understanding of design principles and visual communication.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow.
- Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa and reside in or near Kimberley.
