Manitoulin Transport seeks a Class 1 Pick-up and Delivery Driver for its Wabush terminal service area. The position involves customer deliveries, freight handling, dispatch communication, and vehicle inspections. Monday-to-Friday hours run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional operational adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete timely customer pick-up and delivery operations
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and lift-gates
- Maintain delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License
- Permanent residency in the Labrador region
- Current criminal record check and driver's abstract
- Two qualified work-related references
- Reliable and dependable previous employment record
