As a member and client experience advisory agent, you welcome people, listen to their needs, and support their financial empowerment. You advise on Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels while opening accounts and processing transactions. You also identify business opportunities, refer specialized needs, and promote cooperative values through service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain applications and technological tools for self-service transactions
- Contribute to business development and maintain relationships
- Assist fraud or irregularity cases and process transactions




- Monitor current standards, products, and services
- Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma in a related field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and distribution channels
- Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks, and internal controls
