The Senior Human Resources Generalist independently advises leaders on employee relations, recruitment, accommodations, and return-to-work matters. You will support approximately 69 employees across multiple provinces, including Quebec, while delivering people programs and interpreting employment legislation. The role suits an experienced practitioner comfortable working with limited HR support.

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in human resources Six to eight years of progressive human resources experience Independent employee relations experience Knowledge of employment, human rights, and privacy legislation CHRP or CHRL designation preferred Bring independent employee relations judgment, recruitment expertise, and legislative knowledge to Parkinson Canada’s remote HR function. #J-18808-Ljbffr
