Support inclusive early learning at Compass ELC in Millbrook, using play-based activities and active supervision. This contract offers 30 weekday hours.

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. You will document learning, support daily routines, and create protected environments. The work includes collaboration with families, coworkers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan interest-based and play-based learning activities
- Maintain active supervision while engaging in children’s play
- Document learning through observation, reflection, and research questions
- Support diapering, dressing, and eating habits
- Collaborate with families, coworkers,



and community partners

Requirements:

- One to three years’ experience with children and youth
- Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act requirements
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid, and CPR Level C
- Updated immunization records and high school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old by employment start
