Lead Sephora sales-floor services at BC-Oakridge Park in Vancouver, using client service and sales execution skills every day. This is a full time regular position.

As Services Lead, you support all departments within the Sephora location, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance. You help Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model, align teams with sales goals, and support store objectives. The position also includes visual merchandising, staffing adjustments, and team feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales-floor departments across the Sephora location
- Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model
- Monitor sales performance and department opportunities




- Maintain merchandising concepts and visuals within company standards
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage clients

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar role experience
- Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
