Lead Sephora’s sales floor departments in Grande Prairie, using client service and sales performance skills across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.

As a full time Stage Experience Lead, you oversee assigned sales floor areas at the AB-Grande Prairie location. You guide cast members in Sephora’s selling model, support client feedback responses, and help the store achieve company objectives. The position includes coaching, event support, technology training, and business performance awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora location
- Ensure cast members execute Sephora’s selling model
- Support timely responses to client feedback




- Coordinate in-store events supporting client needs and store goals
- Coach performance and follow up on improvement feedback

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar-role experience at comparable volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Ability to attract and identify talented store leaders
- Ability to train and develop cast to drive sales
