The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician reports to the Supervisor, Facilities and Maintenance. This permanent vacancy covers hands-on repairs, building infrastructure troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance supporting OHSA and company specifications. The role serves manufacturing and office spaces at 9 Napoleon Road.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and building systems
- Diagnose infrastructure, equipment, and utility issues
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and safety system checks
- Record inspections,



work orders, and maintenance activities accurately
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical certification or degree strongly preferred
- Three to five years relevant hands-on experience may substitute
- Valid G class Ontario Driver's License
- Microsoft Office and digital reporting proficiency
