As a Case Management Consultant in Group Disability, you will strengthen case management practices and address challenging cases. You will support workload prioritization, portfolio management, forecasting, and continuous improvement. Your work will also contribute to learning and development across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach disability case managers on client-focused case management
- Support workload management, prioritization, and challenging cases
- Strengthen portfolio management, forecasting, tools, and approaches




- Collaborate with trainers and Practice Excellence partners
- Identify process improvements and share relevant learnings

Requirements:

- Three to five years of disability case management experience
- Experience with short-term and long-term disability cases
- University degree or completed college diploma
- Bilingual French and English communication, oral and written
- Analytical, organizational, empathetic, and problem-solving skills
