Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Shift Details: 8am-4:30pm (during training) must have flexibility with shifts and 1 weekend day

Responsibilities

- Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.
- Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.
- Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier's vast network of offices.
- Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Education

- 1 year experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma preferred
- Open to Current Graduate opportunities

Work Experience

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Creative problem solving.
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
- The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.

Éducation

- 1 ans d'expérience dans le service client associés à un diplôme d'études secondaires préférés
- Ouvert aux opportunités pour les nouveaux diplômés

Expérience professionnelle

- Possibilité de voyager vers une multitude de destinations.
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais en français.
- Compétences de résolution de problème créative
- Flexibilité pour travailler plusieurs quarts de travail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision minimale.
