As a Housekeeper, you will report to the Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager. Your work includes cleaning techniques, equipment operation, infection control, and accurate records. You will help uphold Optima Living’s resident-first philosophy, organizational standards, and applicable regulations while supporting residents, team members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and polish premises surfaces
- Sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish disposable supplies
- Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely under established procedures
- Report hazards,



incidents, maintenance issues, and cleaning emergencies promptly

Requirements:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials required
- Housekeeping, laundry, residential care, or mental health experience advantageous
- Professional communication and respectful relationships with residents and visitors
- Ability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently
- Computer literacy and flexibility to work diverse shifts
