Monitor clinical trial IWRS and eDiary systems for Everest from Markham or remotely anywhere in Canada. Provide overnight support Sunday through Friday.

As a Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor, you will support CTT users, analyze issues, and maintain application quality throughout clinical research projects. The full-time, permanent position requires detailed data review, system development, and qualified telephone communication. You will collaborate with CTT Developers, Data Management, Statistical and Programming teams, sponsors, and study personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support CTT users through telephone and email helpdesks
- Analyze issues and coordinate problem resolution with internal teams
- Monitor application data through daily and weekly checks




- Coordinate database and application changes using change controls
- Execute testing, demonstrations, training, and documentation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in health science or physical or biological fields
- At least three years’ clinical trial data processing experience
- Experience in clinical trial data management
- Ability to work independently and review data carefully
- Clear, professional, energetic telephone voice
