Veterinary Emergency Group The PC is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator (Relief) in Etobicoke, Ontario. You will shape the customer experience before, during, and after visits, ensuring compassionate care and smooth communications in a rapid-paced ER setting.

You’ll greet patients and families, coordinate calls and messages, support financial discussions, and help the nursing team deliver a seamless pet-care experience. This role offers learning and growth opportunities within VEG.
