The position focuses primarily on parts coordination, including customer service, quotations, inventory verification, and order fulfillment. It also supports Quality and Project Coordination with tracking and work instruction administration.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to parts pricing, availability, identification, and order-status inquiries Identify replacement parts using manuals and technical drawings Prepare quotations and process parts orders accurately Verify inventory, lead times, backorders,



and customer updates Prepare shipping documents and coordinate warehouse fulfillment

Requirements:
