What You’ll Need

- High school diploma (Grade 12) required
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT)
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg and working outdoors in varying weather conditions




- Able to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights with fall arrest
- Ability to independently commute to a rural worksite
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strict adherence to the site’s policy of no drugs, no alcohol

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Previous experience with brine systems, solution mining, or process testing
- Experience working in an industrial or construction site setting
- Experience with HMI or production software
- Trades training, especially in millwrighting, pipefitting, instrumentation, or electrical
- Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
