The service Technician is involved at several levels. Participating in the development of his or her knowledge to respond to customer requests and being able to estimate and organize interventions on Andritz customers' premises. Listen to customers Carry out site inspections and risk assessments Write service reports Respond to emergency calls at the customer’s request. Mechanical experience. Strong service orientation and experience in customers relationship, including regular and concise communication.
