- Experience administering or supporting enterprise applications in a live production environment.
- Hands-on Linux and Windows server administration, including command-line troubleshooting, service monitoring and log analysis.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing user access, change control, backup procedures and operational documentation.
- Ability to work across application, database, infrastructure and network teams.
- Transparent communication, prioritisation and customer support skills.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Communications IP Service Activator, preferably version 7.5.
- Telecommunications or IP network operations experience.
- Familiarity with network service activation, network discovery, topology, VPN or QoS services.
- Experience supporting multi-vendor network environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database and IPSA components such as the Network Processor.
