La Fontana Dementia Nursing Home is nestled on the outskirts of Martock, surrounded by the stunning Somerset countryside. This innovative, purpose-built home provides specialist Dementia and Nursing care for up to 76 residents. Housekeeping Assistant Contract ~£12.771 per hour ~ Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided ~5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) As Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming setting while also supporting laundry services. You will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Alongside this, you will support laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and returning clothing correctly, ensuring all items are clearly labelled and handled with care. Working closely with the wider team,



you will follow infection control, health and safety and housekeeping procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. Your role will contribute to a well organised and comfortable environment where individuals feel respected and supported. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
