Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level, specialized, tech, and hard-to-fill positions. In this role, you will continually partner with hiring teams to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and methodologies. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing a variety of channels including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms. Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on building relationships with high-potential candidates. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function. Extensive and relevant experience in recruitment within a corporate and / or agency environment supporting strategic, specialized,
