What Our Shift Leaders Do As a Shift Leader, you’ll run the show and be responsible for all center operations (including cash accountability and key control) in the absence of your General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Manager, or Supervisor. A SHIFT LEADER'S DAY-TO-DAY Work directly with the center’s management team to ensure our model of exemplary guest service is being followed 100% of the time. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Maintains friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service through employees to ensure that each visit by a customer results in personalized service, with great food and beverage that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.



Answers phones in a professional and pleasant manner and take reservations. Remains highly visible by spending a majority of time walking the center observing employee/customer interactions and providing leadership for the staff. Addresses customer complaints and disruptions in a professional manner. Maintains a safe environment for employees and customers. Addresses employee relations issue during shift as appropriate. Follows cash control procedures including preparation and transportation of daily deposits. Completes opening/closing cash procedures to include preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and submits to Center Management for review and approval. Unloads, stocks and maintains required inventory level. Maintains quality of product and monitors all service equipment. Inspects facility for compliance with occupational, health and safety regulations. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
