As a Guest Services Associate, you welcome travelers, support registration, and provide resort information. You handle reservations, room rate quotes, guest inquiries, cash transactions, checkouts, and folio accuracy. The schedule runs from 11pm to 7am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly during overnight resort arrivals
- Complete registration, issue unit keys, and explain attractions
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Balance receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money
- Complete checkouts and verify guest folio charges
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills in reading and writing
- Basic math, computer, and office skills
- Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
- Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
- Own housing in Whistler and Canadian work authorization
