This Child-care Centre Director role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education and teaching. You will supervise five to ten people, guide staff, manage administrative procedures, and support centre programs. Sage Accounting Software knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, direct, and advise skilled staff
- Establish administrative procedures for centre operations
- Plan, administer, and control project and program budgets
- Schedule staff and resolve conflict situations
- Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent early childhood education experience
- Two years to less than three years’ experience
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and safety procedures
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software
- Criminal record check required
