Support seniors through daily living care at Bradford Valley Community in Bradford, Ontario, using compassion, bedside care, and respectful communication.

As a permanent part time Personal Support Worker, you will support residents during evening shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. You will build relationships with residents and families while contributing to meaningful daily experiences. The work includes personal care, mobility assistance, cognitive support, and resident programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Encourage residents to use glasses, hearing aids, and sensory aids
- Maintain access to walkers, canes, call bells, and assistive devices
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support




- Encourage participation in individual and group resident programs

Requirements:

- Completed Personal Support Worker program from an approved institution
- Compassion for supporting seniors in living life fully
- Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and legal Canadian work eligibility
