Rockport Group seeks a certified Health Care Aide to provide elite one-on-one care for an elderly gentleman recently returned home from Deer Lodge Centre in Winnipeg. This is a private-duty, non-live-in role with a subsidized housing option within the same building.

You’ll coordinate with a public Home Care team visiting four times daily to support care routines. Responsibilities include high-acuity clinical observation, accurate care plan execution, physical transfers with proper body mechanics,
