Atco Structures & Logistics Ltd is seeking a 2nd Cook to join our Camp Services team in Jansen SK. The 2nd Cook is responsible for preparing a wide variety of foods and meals, made and served to the highest standard possible. They are responsible for inspecting food and equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Jansen Discovery Lodge is a workforce housing facility in support of the potash mine. Our positions work on a 14 day on, 7 days off rotation. Support kitchen operations in a professional manner Inspect food and equipment on a daily, weekly,
and monthly basis Completion of a college or other post-secondary program in cooking ~ The successful candidate must hold a valid food safety certificate ~2-3 years' experience as 2nd cook in the hotel/restaurant industry ~ This is a rotational position, with specific rotation schedules to be determined. While on site, enjoy all meals, accommodation, and amenities free of charge. This position has been identified as safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test.
