What we are looking for

Support our clients in implementing and using Epicor Prophet 21, an ERP solution for the distribution sector. More specifically, participate in every stage of the solution’s deployment in partnership with the client’s project team, ensuring completion of the project within established timelines and budgets, and help clients who have already implemented the solution optimize their use of the ERP.

Assist with the implementation and use of Epicor Prophet 21:

- Understand the client’s business practices.
- Assist our clients in implementing an ERP solution, specifically in defining business processes across all Epicor Prophet 21 modules.
- Facilitate working sessions, analyze the client’s needs, and propose optimal solutions that reflect their business context.
- Support and influence key project decisions.
- Provide training on functionality across all modules.
- Assist with data migration.
- Provide application support to users.
- Work closely with the project team and maintain positive relationships with the client.

Design and delivery of customized solutions:
- Analyze requirements and functional gaps in the application.




- Design and write specifications for customized solutions and conduct functional quality testing in collaboration with the development team.
- Develop and implement various simple customized solutions, such as dashboards and minor customizations.

Develop and maintain application expertise:
- Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21.
- Obtain Epicor certifications specific to Prophet 21.

Organization and planning of client requests:
- Organize client requests, taking into account prerequisite tasks and the client’s context.
- Maintain thorough follow-up on active requests.
- Plan and coordinate requests across our departments.

(Perform any other duties related to the smooth operation of the company or department.)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, management information systems, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or as an ERP super-user
- Knowledge of the distribution industry
- Knowledge of the financial field
- Business consulting experience (an asset)
- Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 (an asset)
- Languages: English (written and spoken) French (an asset)
